·       Reservations require a non-refundable annual fee, which will be applied to the vessel’s first hurricane haul out; only the first 15 reservations are assured.

·       All vessels brought to St. Augustine Marine Center must provide an active liability insurance certificate valid throughout their stay. Customers should carry no less than $500,000 in Protection and Indemnity (Watercraft Liability) coverage, which includes pollution liability, and names SAMC Partners LLC/ Oasis Marinas as an Additional Insured, where possible.

·       We do not offer the Catamaran Crawler in the event of a named storm due to the conflict of scheduling with tides for you to be hauled out.

·       Once the first 15 boat reservation threshold has been met, we will assess availability on a case-by-case basis. Call our boatyard office for rates and availability.

·       Owners are responsible for securing any exposed items on their vessels such as sails, sail covers, cushions and lines.
